The Chalé de Mituca and Anna is a compact 48 m² home, located in a central, safe, and very quiet neighborhood, just 1.5 km from the famous Quadrado. Ideal for one person or a couple, it is a cool and peaceful space, perfect for those seeking tranquility, simplicity, and a connection with nature. The house offers views of a protected environmental area and is also available for long-term stays. The space This chalet is located on a 2,300 m² property, at the back of the main house. The two houses are separated by a fence and have independent entrances. Access to the chalet is via a side pathway. The house is small but fully equipped, with a suite on the upper floor and a kitchen and living area on the ground floor, where there is also a second full bathroom and a beautiful veranda with a hammock, overlooking a protected environmental area. The surrounding forest provides a cool and pleasant climate, making air conditioning completely unnecessary. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens to allow fresh air from the forest to circulate, and there is also a ceiling fan. It is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet place close to nature. Guest access Guests will have private access to the chalet and the yard, Wi-Fi internet, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils for meal preparation, as well as a hammock on the veranda with privileged views of the preserved Atlantic Forest. Other things to note The house is delivered clean, with bed linens and towels included. If you would like additional cleaning or other services, they can be requested at the time of booking, for an additional fee to be agreed upon. At the back of the property, within the forested area, there is a ceramics studio that is currently not in use.
