This two-bedroom home makes the most of its prime location, delivering bold colours and maximalist character that matches its environs. LIVING & DINING AREA Modern furnishings and dynamic décor make this wide-open space hard to resist. Dine like a Parisian around the large glass dining table, get stuck into a book from one of the two bookcases, or relax into the inviting sofa for a movie. A smaller breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen provides a more informal opportunity for socialising or snacking. BALCONY Venture outside from the living area and immerse yourself in the vista of the shimmering Seine and the city beyond. Replete with plants and greenery, this space also features a small table – perfect for a wine in the sun. KITCHEN This is where this home’s character really asserts itself: bold hues of red make themselves known in the walls, utensils and décor. This L-shaped kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. BEDROOMS The principal bedroom offers a calmer, subtler atmosphere with shades of cream and grey adorning the walls. Featuring a queen-sized bed, a small desk, a bookshelf and a TV, this room has everything you need. The second bedroom doubles as a study, with a larger desk perfect for a spot of work, a bookshelf and a sofa bed. BATHROOMS Through a small walkway from the primary bedroom you’ll find an en-suite bathroom complete with two wash basins, a shower and toilet. The larger main bathroom features a bath, wash basin and toilet, with timber finishes that lend a comforting feel to the space. A separate WC can be found near the entry to the apartment. WE LOVE The unbeatable location – mere paces from the banks of Paris’ famed river, and with all of the sightseeing delights of the 16th arrondissement at your fingertips. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. A friendly dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Though the dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to a high standard, note that the property may not be suitable for those with allergies. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm.
