From the living room, you can also access the kitchen, independent and very well-equipped with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, mixer, Italian coffee maker and a gallery with a washing machine. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which ensures that the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. The apartment has WiFi connection. Location: The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large community area with a garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool. About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets... It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings. In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance to the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
