Villa Kari with private pool

Villa Kari is a beautiful brand new villa in the south of Crete for 4 people (adults with children from 12 years old) with private swimming pool. The villa is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort and is located on a complex with 10 other villas. Villa Kari is located at the bottom of this complex and has breathtaking views over the valley. From the villa, you can step right into the olive groves. Here you can completely relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and in the evening the starry sky. The space Indoor The villa has a modern well-equipped kitchen with sliding doors to the terrace. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own toilet, sink and rain shower. The bedrooms have quiet fans and air conditioning. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen. All windows are equipped with screens and shutters so you can keep it nice and cool during the day. Exteriors From the kitchen and the bedrooms, you can step onto the terrace and have a fantastic view of the valley, the Libyan Sea and the villages in the area. On the terrace, there is a large dining table with chairs, a bench, an outdoor shower, and around the private swimming pool (6x4 meters) there are sun loungers and two large parasols. There is always a place to find in the sun or in the shade. The outdoor kitchen downstairs on the terrace has a sink and an electric barbecue. Here are also two sunbeds with umbrella and 2 more beach chairs. You can park the car at the entrance of the villa. Guest access You can park downstairs at the stairs. Access to the complex is closed with a gate (not locked) and via stairs you can reach the garden, terrace and the villa. Other things to note Please note: ELECTRICITY If you consume more than 20/kWh per day, you must pay for this on the spot. That's 0.30 cents per kWh. CLIMATE COMPENSATION The climate compensation was introduced to be able to carry out repair work on fires and floods. • From April to October, you pay 8 euros per night on site. • From November to March, you pay 2 euros per night on site.
