It features an open concept living area, a heated private pool, beach/water access, beautiful scenery, and is only minutes away from many local attractions. Tourism License - 4010190 The space Situated in beautiful Oyster Bed Bridge, this property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Charlottetown and just minutes away from local golf courses, delicious dining options, tourist attractions, and Brackley Beach National Park. The property, at just over an acre, offers an abundance of outdoor space. It includes a private heated pool with pool side loungers, pool towels, a swing set, BBQ, patio chairs and plenty of space for other outdoor activities. Just a short walk down the lane you can access the private beach- a perfect place for kids to explore or for kayaking or paddle boarding (not provided). The indoor space, which included recent renovations in 2022, offers an open concept kitchen and living space. The interior is filled with natural sunlight with oversized windows and two sets of patio doors that open onto the north facing deck, the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or view the breathing sunsets over the bay. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and oversized windows allowing you to wake up to natural sunlight and with a stunning view of Rustico Bay. The bedroom is attached to the main bathroom which offers a tile shower, washer/dryer, large closet, and other listed amenities. The second bedroom, located on the opposite side of the residence, offers a twin over full bunk bed with patio doors, offering a magnificent waterview. The bedroom offers a private attached bathroom and tile shower. The living space is equipped with two heat pumps with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay and a pull out sofa bed is also located in the main living area.
