The house has everything you'd have at home, and is far from your typical vacation rental. Whether your group consists of a multigenerational family or several families traveling together, you'll have complete access to multiple gathering areas and numerous luxury amenities. The large living room offers seating for all and is the perfect place to spend time together, and enjoy a movie marathon or game night. And if you want a touch of ambiance, step into the large screened-in porch with high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows. You could spend hours curled up on the couch by the blazing fire with a good book or TV show. Don't forget to savor a memorable meal from the 8-person dining table with overlooking the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. Speaking of food, when it's time to eat you'll be pleased to discover a modern, fully-stocked kitchen at your disposal. Use the spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances to meal prep. There's enough space to seat 12 guests, so you can enjoy your meal together from the kitchen island breakfast bar, elegant dining room table, porch dining table, or outdoor dining patio. The second-floor primary suite comes with a deluxe king bed, a TV, and your very own private balcony. Best of all, this suite comes with a sleek ensuite bathroom with a spacious double vanity and glass walk-in shower. You will find two other guest bedrooms on the second floor, both with deluxe king mattresses and one with a dedicated workstation. These rooms have shared access to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. There's also a convenient half-bath on the first floor. In the lower level, guests will find another guest bedroom with a king bed, plus two full bunk beds in the living area. Kids will love it! There's another full bathroom in the basement with a vanity and shower-tub combo. Your vacation wouldn't be complete without taking advantage of our decked-out backyard. This private oasis is surrounded by tall, lush trees and brimming with group entertainment. Challenge each other to a game of basketball on the court or take advantage of yard games provided in our garage, fire up the BBQ for dinner, and enjoy ultimate relaxation with a soak in the hot tub under the stars. As the night winds down, gather together around the fire pit to share stories and plan out your next beach day. Just a short walk from our home, is the private association beach which offers tram access, making getting to the beach as easy as can be! In 2025, our Guests will be able to enjoy the benefits of a newly completed beach revetment - new photos coming soon! Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Additional Information This is an Allergen Free Home! Because of this, the property does not allow animals of any kind. While we cannot guarantee a pet has NEVER been in the property, our meticulous and regular cleaning of all areas of the home (including air ducts, rugs and upholstered furniture) should keep our more environmentally sensitive guests comfortable during their stay. Our hope is that guests will respect this policy and help us protect those that need a true Allergen Free Vacation Home.
