On the ground floor, there is a large sitting/dining room , a large modern Kitchen,a bathroom, a wash room. The outdoor spaces are well equipped with garden furniture. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single with 2 beds ), and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for sea lovers but also to visit Palermo city. It takes 15 minutes to the airport . Free parking outside the house The space The house is elegantly and finely furnished. The kitchen is very large and equipped with everything! There are 2 smart Tv with sky and Netflix. In the bedrooms there are large wardrobes. The outdoor spaces are well equipped. The veranda used as a gym is equipped with a tecnogym bench and exercise bike and various tools. In all rooms there is air conditioning. On top there is an amazing solarium. Smoking prohibited. Do not wear shoes indoor. Pets not allowed. Guest access There are steps. Pets not permitted.
