There are nine newly built cottages and 3 that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages. Cottage #12 LOCATION - Located on 33 acres just outside Fredericksburg, TX off Wine Road 290 and 4 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg SLEEPS - Up to 2 people in 1 queen bedroom BATH - 1 ensuite bath with a walk-in shower KITCHEN - Kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator & microwave. (No Ice Maker) AMENITIES - beautiful views of the Hill Country with covered porches, a pond, outdoor common areas with a gas firepit & seating, common area outdoor pavilion with two gas grills, cornhole, WiFi, Smart TVs in all living & bedrooms. CHILDREN - YES SMOKING - OUTSIDE ONLY WIFI - YES DOGS - NO Guest access Your cottage is private and you will have its amenities all to yourself. However, there are eleven other cottages on the property that may be occupied during your stay. Each cottage is at least 20 feet from each other. Other things to note Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
