Our establishment is a two-level tourist house, very spacious, well-equipped, there are six (6) comfortable rooms with good comfort, double covered garage, large outdoor parking area. Guests are given their keys at check-in, and are given directions on how to enter and exit the house. The rules and policies of coexistence must be adhered to. There are video cameras only in shared areas. There are no video cameras in private spaces like bathrooms or bedrooms. The space The house is on two levels,single family, in the north of Cali (La Flora neighborhood), it is very spacious,located in a strategic point,close to the center, the pink area of northern Cali and cultural and commercial centers. Spacious rooms. The house has large windows that give it good ventilation and lighting, The house has good comfort,all rooms have tv and fan,two have air conditioning,(VIP and Patio). There is double modern kitchen. There is laundry and clothing area (shopkeeper).There are common areas on the first and second level(star room, side dining rooms and work table) Private double garage covered.On the outside there is ample parking area (not covered or guarded)but part of the house. Guest access When booking this property, you have full access and possession of the entire tourist house. On the day of check-in, the concierge in charge of the establishment registers the guests and officially delivers the house with its keys and gives the respective instructions for the operation of the property, with support videos of the current state of the house and also delivers a manual of rules and coexistence of the house. Other things to note The house has two floors,it is single family, it is six(6) rooms,two(2) on the first level and four(4)rooms on the second level. The house has laundry area and clothing area (clothes rack). There is a very well equipped double modern kitchen. The house has private double covered garage.On the outside there is ample uncovered or guarded parking, for five(5) carts.There is a large balcony on the second level. The house has industrial gas, there are three (3) rooms out of the six (6) with air conditioning. There are two auxiliary dining areas (first and second level), there is a living room on the second level, a work table on the first level. The house has video cameras in common areas for your safety, No video cameras in private areas such as bathrooms and rooms.
