Our establishment is a two-story tourist house, very spacious, well equipped, there are six (6) comfortable and comfortable rooms, covered double garage, large outdoor parking area. Guests are given their keys at check-in, and are given directions on how to enter and exit the house. The rules and policies of coexistence must be adhered to. Private double garage covered. Outside there is a large parking area (not covered or guarded) but part of the house. Guest access When booking this property, you have full access and possession of the entire tourist house. On the day of check-in, the concierge in charge of the establishment registers the guests and officially delivers the house with its keys and gives the respective operating instructions of the property, with videos of support of the current state of the house and also manual delivery of rules and coexistence of the house. The house has industrial gas, there are three (3) rooms of the six (6) with air conditioning. There are two auxiliary dining areas (first and second level), there is a living room on the second level, work table on the first level. The house has video cameras in common areas for your safety.
