The large open plan living area features a large sofa, armchair and a smart Tv as well as a dining table to enjoy meals. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The comfortable bedroom features a king sized bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as a desk/dressing table and plentiful storage space for clothes. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The modern and clean bathroom features a powerful shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the town centre within a modern development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 10 minutes walk away. Rotherham Central Train station is also just a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away. Getting Around: Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
