We have 4 beautiful rooms made of Bitter Cedar Wood that give that exquisite smell of wood throughout the house. The main room is extremely spacious. It is on the second floor and has a 360-degree panoramic view with a constant breeze and unique spaces in the shape of a hexagon. It has a digital television screen with exclusive channels. It features its private office, closet and bathroom next to the room. That room has air conditioning. As Costa Rica is an ecological country, we ask you to use the air conditioning sparingly. The other three bedrooms are carefully designed for your comfort. All have their own bathroom, except one that shares the bathroom with the main living room of the house. They are located on the first floor and all have a side exit to the Garage and common areas both inside and outside the house. Two bedrooms have double beds and a bunk bed, which provide a restful sleep. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a Queen size inflatable mattress. Perfect for families or groups. The house has ample parking for 4 vehicles and direct access to a playground, which is in front of the property. It also has a laundry room with a washer and automatic dryer, a clothesline and a BBQ area. As well as a beautiful terrace that communicates with the room where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, perfect for preparing food with fresh local ingredients. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining room, or head out to the terrace and dine alfresco while immersing yourself in the scenic beauty that surrounds you. At the main entrance there is a corridor with space for picnics and social activities, enjoy the serenity of the lush surroundings while listening to the melodies of tropical birds Guest access The entire property is for your use, including access to the playground. We have parking for 4 vehicles, a crib for babies, a wheelchair, a car and a stroller for children, for the car, upon request. San Joaquin de Flores is known for its mild and pleasant climate, offering an ideal environment for outdoor adventures and relaxation, with two nearby shopping centers, food courts, bars and restaurants, you will have countless activities to do in the town, as well as use it as a starting point for the main tours offered by the town. I am open to renting the space long-term (1 month or more) at a time with discounted rates, check rates and availability. I am ready to welcome you at any time of day, doing everything in my power to make your stay a success. As an additional service for guests, I offer an airport pick-up and drop-off service to help you avoid the potential hassle of transitions, both inside and outside your stay.
