IDEAL HOUSE FOR A FAMILY STAY   House in Arenys de Mar with a private garden from which we can see the sea and the port of Arenys!   The location is ideal to enjoy the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. The house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but a few meters from the city center, the beach and the train station.   We recommend having your own vehicle (not essential); parking is available at the house. From the living room, we access the other two rooms. In total there are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed and the 4th room has a sofa and a small desk in case someone has to work or do homework.   Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer and appliances. A washing machine is also available.   3 double rooms with double beds. 1 desk room. All rooms have a fan and window overlooking the garden. The house has heating system available, with radiatiors on every room.   There is a bathroom with shower available and several outdoor spaces where you can organize a meal, enjoy a board game or a moment of reading.         SERVICES CA L'ÀNGELA is exclusive for its guests.       ACCESS AND PARKING The access door from the street is private and works manually. We hope that if you want to book a few days at CA L'ÀNGELA, you commit to maintaining responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.       GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD Just 5 minutes by car, you will find the center of the town. 5 minutes away there is a commercial area with 3 supermarkets and a renowned fast food restaurant and also a cinema with 8 screens.   A 6-minute drive away is one of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia. In general, we recommend it to all our guests to enjoy the restaurants with a wide range of fresh fish and seafood!   In addition, you can go to any bar on the beach (our famous beach bars or 'XIRIS', as we say colloquially) to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas.   We will recommend some of the restaurants in the area.   We are very lucky with our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a coastal town, enjoying the sea, the quiet atmosphere of Mediterranean towns and all our variety of gastronomic offer.     USEFUL INFORMATION   - 50 minutes by car or train in the center of Barcelona. - 15 minutes walk to the First beach of Arenys de Mar. - 10 minutes walk from the train station - 30 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya. - 20 minutes by car to the entrance of the Montnegre and Corridor Natural Park. - 34 minutes by car from the Montseny Natural Park with its highest peak of 1,700 m. and many tracking possibilities! - April 23 Saint George, 'Sant Jordi', our Valentine's Day, an experience you won't want to miss! - June 23. Sometimes it is more convenient to have a vehicle so you can explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.       PUBLIC TRANSPORT There are different services and lines that connect Arenys de Mar with the surrounding area and Barcelona.   -Taxi: There is a regular taxi service. Services must be reserved in advance.   -Bus: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in Maresme and the city of Barcelona.   -Train: The closest train station is ARENYS DE MAR. The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 50-55 minutes.         BARCELONA The city is about 40 minutes away by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate in the city, for more information you can search for ZBE Barcelona (Low Emissions Zone - Zona de Baixes Emissions).          INTERACTION WITH OUR GUESTS We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us. Being able to get to know each other is important to us and we like to meet at the accommodation to hand over the keys.   WELCOME HOURS AND KEY DELIVERY 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We always need to organize our meeting at the accommodation in advance. In High Season, arrival time must be notified as far in advance as possible. On designated dates such as F1, MotoGp and Saturdays in July and August, many arrivals usually coincide.   WELCOME AND DELIVERY OF KEYS OUTSIDE HOURS Normal check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Before 4:00 p.m. Depending on availability. For us it is very important to respect the tranquility of the residential neighborhood where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!       HOUSE RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years of age.   - The Rental Contract of the property for the Tourist Season will be accepted when booking, and will be signed prior to handing over the keys.   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival through pre-authorization with a credit card     - All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identification document. They will be requested before and during the welcome.     - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.   - Garbage should also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt. It must be done according to municipal specifications.   - We all have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please avoid waste and negligent use of resources.   Abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.       IT'S NOT ALLOWED   - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.     - Carry out noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) starting at 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.     - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.     - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. Returning these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.   - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; If they wish, they can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property.
