The vaulted great room is perfect for a gathering of friends and family who like to cook with the spacious open kitchen and second prep area with its own sink. The gas-burning fireplace warms the home and adds to the mountain lodge ambiance. The kids will love the family room with the wrap-around sofa, games and puzzles and their own TV and Foosball. The sunken family room also offers a record player that the home owners have supplied records for, so kick back, relax and enjoy. The wood burning fireplace offers the warmth and coziness while you get into a good book or put together one of the many puzzles supplied. The lodge layout is ideal for family getaways with 4 bedrooms including 3 en suite bedrooms. The primary king en suite is located on the first level with a beautiful walk in shower and jetted bath tub. Upstairs there is an updated hall bath with a bathtub and shower combo just down the hall from the King bedroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids since it is attached to the Bunk Room that offers two sets of twin over full bunkbeds and crib. There are fun kid’s games, toys, and books for the kids of the group to enjoy while staying at the Landen Lodge. This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
