The driveway is on an incline, with a slope down from the gates to the front door. To access the villa there is a path which is 550cm wide. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 244cm wide. The path to the poolside is 97cm wide. There is 1 step down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The patio around the pool is narrow. Its also surrounded by lawn. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 9 steps from the hallway into the lounge/dining area, kitchen and to access the pool area internally. Its an L-shaped staircase. All bedroom and bathroom doors are 73cm wide.
