Other things to note We are fully zoned and licensed to run a vacation rental on Willowbrae Manor, and have full compliance with all of the local, provincial, and federal laws. Our registration numbers can be found in this listing😊 This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind including vaping and recreational herbs anywhere inside or outside on the property. You can walk 30 seconds to Willowbrae Road and smoke off site easily. If you plan on enjoying a fishing charter while you are in Ucluelet, there is absolutely NO FISH or SEAFOOD STORAGE inside your cabin or on the property. Arrangements can be made with your guide company to process and hold your catch till you leave. We are situated on a wildlife corridoor and seafood smells not only make the cabin stinky for future guests they also attract bears. In consideration of future guests and your hosts who clean the cabin, no boiling or cooking crab, fish, and other seafood in the cabin. Your hosts are happy to recommend wonderful local restaurants for all of your seafood desires, or you may have a beach fire and cook a traditional seafood meal on the beach during allowable seasons. We supply kitchen basics for your stay; coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil. Other supplies can easily be purchased at our local grocery store the Ucluelet Co-op. While it is possible to enjoy Willowbrae Manor and the surrounding areas without a vehicle, it does take much more planning and organization of bus schedules and itinerary. Ucluelet has 1 taxi and it is not always available. We do suggest you bring a vehicle, although we have had guests who used bikes and the bus system.
