The backyard is large (75'x75'), perfect for small soccer games, kick ball, volleyball and badminton. The private drive is ideal for walking and bike riding for the little ones. A gas barbecue grill is provided for your grilling delight. The location, just 1.5 miles south of Penn Yan, is ideal for quick trips to town for groceries and dining. Several restaurants are within 2 miles, including our favorites: Water Street Wine Bar, The Union Block, Top of the Lake, Timmy G’s, and the Keuka. Both Lakeside Country Club and Camp Cory are less than a mile away. The Penn Yan Airport is just 2 miles away, and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market is only 5 miles away. For the wine enthusiast, many top Finger Lakes wineries are within 10 miles, including Keuka Spring Winery (nearly in the backyard!), Ravines Wine Cellars, McGregor Vineyard, Anthony Road Wine Company, and Fox Run Vineyards.
