The listed price includes the full Airbnb service fees. 🛏 THE BEDS The attic sleeping area features a double bed, 160 × 200 cm, with a memory foam mattress, placed under the “window to the sky”: perfect for relaxing and looking at the stars before falling asleep ✨. In the attic you will also find a wardrobe area with hanging space and drawers. On the first level, in the living area, there is a double sofa bed, 140 × 200 cm. 🍳 KITCHENETTE AND LIVING AREA On the first level you will find the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. This level also includes a carefully arranged dining area, a living space with books, tourist information and games for children and adults, and the bathroom with shower and bidet. A hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a few basic personal care products are available for your use. ⛰️ THE AREA AND LOCATION Ghirla is a small, welcoming village in Valganna, in the Province of the Seven Lakes, surrounded by a natural landscape of woods, trails and cycle paths that can be enjoyed all year round. The apartment is located in a former hotel, about 600 metres from Lake Ghirla: ideal for swimming in summer, walking, breathing clean air and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the area in every season. For cycling and trekking lovers, the area offers many routes through woods, lakes and small villages, with itineraries suitable for different levels of experience. The house is in a strategic position for exploring lakes, mountains, villages and towns of artistic interest. In about 15-20 minutes you can reach Varese, with its Art Nouveau villas and the Sacro Monte UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lake Maggiore and nearby Switzerland, with places such as Ponte Tresa and Lugano. Milan is about 70 km away and can be reached in about one hour. After a day outdoors, you can stop in the village for a coffee or an aperitif and enjoy the local atmosphere, especially on summer evenings, before returning to the quiet of your apartment. For guests travelling by public transport, Ghirla’s historic bus stop is two minutes from the house and connects the village with the lake, Switzerland and Varese.
