The sink overlooks the lush backyard, making dish duty a bit more delightful. Pull up a stool at the peninsula to help prepare meals or just chat with the chef. The kitchen opens up to a cozy area with a couch and TV, perfect for movie nights or cheering on the Jays. Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. The dining area, located right in front of a warm gas fireplace, sets the scene for memorable meals. OUTSIDE Sliding doors beside the dining area lead to a patio with dining for six under a covered umbrella, a propane BBQ ready for your grilling masterpieces, and a large partially fenced-in yard perfect for bringing along your furry friends. The outdoor gas fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, is ideal for roasting marshmallows and stargazing. For a bit of classic lawn fun, there's a set of croquet ready to go. Out front, enjoy your morning coffee on the charming front porch, soaking in the peaceful vibes of Bayfield. There are lake accesses all along Tuyll Street which is a great adventure to find your favorite! And you can walk 2 min to the Main Beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Other things to note All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp, wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund Max occupancy at all times is 6 violation will result in removal without refund. Max 1 pet allowed, but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. NOTE: Parking is limited to 5 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person.
