The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, Moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, double sofa bed, split A/C, access to the balcony, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, split A/C, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - BATHROOM II in Bedroom I with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet; - TERRACE with dining table and sea view; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning through split A/C units (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: heating is provided through split A/C units - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The SWIMMING POOL is for shared use and guests will have a deckchair at their disposal. Opening hours: 10:00 - 19:00. The swimming pool will be open from 1st June to 30 September. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
