Family-friendly, with a play area opposite the house. Ideal for exploring the Chilterns, Saunderton Train Station is opposite- 20-minute train ride to Bicester Village, and only 40 minutes to London. This is an ideal homestay for families looking for a peaceful neighbourhood to explore the Chilterns. The space A premium space that is modern throughout. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor making it easily accessible. An open plan kitchen and dining room with Smart TV leads out to a private garden with BBQ, perfect for summertime. A separate utility room is located next to the kitchen with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer adding to convenience for those longer stays. The lounge area with patio doors has enough comfy sofas for 8 guests to relax and watch anything they like on the smart TV. Upstairs leads to a King bedroom with ensuite, Twin bedroom with ensuite and a Double bedroom next to a family bathroom that can be shared with the Double bedroom downstairs. Guests will have access to the garage space attached to the house, which is ideal for storing an additional car or cyclists wanting to store their bikes. NEIGHBOURS Guests should be mindful that this property is part of a peaceful family friendly community and there is a strict 'No Party' policy in place. Any noise disturbance or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. PARKING We also have strict policy within the residential estate regarding how many vehicles can be parked outside each property. Please make sure that your vehicles do not block our neighbour's property/front room window. Two vehicles can fit within the driveway and one in the garage. There is further (free) parking at Saunderton train station, which is just across the road. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Guests should be mindful that this property is part of a peaceful family friendly community and we have lovely neighbours to be respectful of. There is a strict 'No Party' policy in place.
