The space You will get a great night sleep in our queen-sized bed in the main floor bedroom or a unique upper floor bedroom with a sofa-bed that converts into a 2-person bed. Each room features a private 3-piece bathroom, ensuring privacy. There is a T.V. in the upper floor bedroom. Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower floor. The entire home is 100% powered by solar energy so there is zero electricity bill. The lower floor also has a sofa-bed seating area to relax. A rooftop terrace awaits, providing stunning sunset views over the ocean. Guest access You will have access to the entire house which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and rooftop terrace with hammock. Other things to note The Eva community is 85% complete with most homes completed, however, there are a still few homes still under construction. Workers will be on site Monday to Friday from approximately 7am-5pm. Resort Fees: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting inside the community. This resort fee is to be paid at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are $17US+VAT ($19.55US) per night up to 7 days. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged. EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT Please contact the co-host Lindsay to arrange if available. Please specify how many hours. If available it will be $15 per additional hour upto 3 hours and paid in cash upon arrival. On-site Farmers & Local MadeMarket: We have a farmers' market that happens on Friday mornings around 10:30-11:00 am. A local Organic Farmer (Yocate Farms) comes to the community and sells a variety of fresh vegetables and locally produced items. Typically, orders are placed before Thursday to ensure availability for Friday pickup. Market is located at the beach palapa near front reception area. Also, just 1 minute outside the gates is Abierto Hoy, a general store, that has a variety of groceries such as fruits, vegetables, spices, sauces, bread, pasta, snack, drinks (non-alcohol & alcoholic) and other items. Alice's bar/restaurant is located next to the Abierto Hoy store and serves lunch and dinner and drinks. There are no larger grocery stores near Gran Pacifica. House Maintenance: 🌟 VERY IMPORTANT: 🌟 Please use the outside hose to rinse off sand prior to using the showers to avoid clogging our drains with sand. 🚫 No pets or smoking 🚭 allowed in the house. **Washer/Dryer:** Available ONLY for GUESTS staying 7 days or longer.
