Lark Rise Holiday Home – Sleeps 6This 3-bed beautifully located and refurbished house offers relaxing self-catering accommodation and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The brand new spacious kitchen and breakfast bar installed for 2024 contains all the modern conveniences. The dining area seats up to 6 people and is connected to a bright and comfy living room with an open fire and access to the garden overlooking the beautiful countryside. Property layout – ground floor: - Brand new kitchen and breakfast bar - Open plan dining and living space - Utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board - Bedroom 1: Superking ensuite (bath, shower, Wc, hand basin) sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: Kingsize sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: Double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with shower, Wc and hand basin - Wc Kitchen with all mod cons (including fridge-freezer and cafetiere). Large open garden with garden furniture available. Secure on-site parking. High speed WiFi was installed at the end of 2023 Bluetooth speaker available in the lounge. Dog-friendly holiday home (One supervised dog is welcome at this accommodation, but no dangerous animals please). Local Area & Tourist Attractions Glenbeigh is a popular corner of County Kerry, surrounded by lakes, rivers, sandy beaches, rolling hills and Seefin Mountain, the historic town is set amid a stunning landscape. Things to do in the local area: - Glenbeigh Horseshoe ( part of the greater “Kerry Way”) - Rossbeigh Strand (blue flag beach) - Kerry Bog Village Museum - Kells Bay House and Gardens - Lough Caragh - Carrauntoohil - Valentia Island - Glenbeigh pubs, restaurants and bars - Dooks Golf Club only 2km away - Rossbeigh Beach Riding Centre IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is payable to the Property Manager/Owner. There is no extra charge during the months of April-September inclusive, and the energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Between October and March there may be an additional charge, a maximum of €50 per week pro-rata, based on the extra units consumed over those consumed historically, which would be payable from the Security Deposit. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 cash must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager on arrival.
