Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of £200 is required. It will be returned after check-out if there is no damage, missing items, excessive mess, or rule breaches. A £3.95 processing fee applies to the deposit (non-refundable). Optional Services In-between cleaning is available for longer stays upon request (subject to availability and an additional fee). Excessive use of electricity: Electricity is included up to a fair-use allowance of 30 kWh per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at £0.45 per kWh (or the prevailing supplier rate), and may be deducted from the deposit. This is to prevent misuse such as continuous high heating, portable heaters, or high-power equipment.
