An ideal base to visit many tourist attractions in the Black Country, Shropshire and Staffordshire, and popular for long term stays The space This newly refurbished Studio flat is on the ground floor and the communal entrance is shared with four other flats, there is access from both sides of the property, one side has a step up the other has a ramped access. The inside space consists of a modern and stylish open plan living and sleeping area. The studio is cosy and perfectly formed, there are 2 large windows which create a light and airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal, Fridge/freezer, Oven, Hob, Extractor, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine with a couple of pods, Toaster and Kettle. As well as all cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. There isn't a washing machine however there is a laundrette a 10 minute drive away or you can contact Laundryheap and they will collect and deliver from your door, perfect for long staying guests The relaxing living/sleeping area has a comfortable ottoman style small double bed to store your personal items, with Hotel quality duvet, pillows and linens. There is a stylish green sofa to relax in front of the 50 inch smart TV where you can sign into any of your apps and a table and seating for 2 to dine or as a work station. The separate shower room has a corner shower with WC and a wash hand basin and vanity unit and heated towel rail, after your shower make the most of the freshly laundered white towels and complimentary toiletries We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
