With 2 unoverlooked inner courtyards! One of the courtyards is the green part of the house, with dining area, garden furniture, and beautiful trees for shade. A large private pool is accessible in the other courtyard with ping pong, sun loungers and umbrellas. A games room with big screen tv, bridge table and teen multi game table The space Our vast house in the heart of the medieval bastide of Vianne of 450m2 with 2 private inner courtyards and fully fenced with walls, not overlooked, welcomes you all year round for stays from 2 nights. Located in a quiet little street, a short walk to the central square of the village with all shops open all year round. This house has 2 unoverlooked inner courtyards. The property is through and its two ends are located on 2 different streets. The front yard with its small garden at the main entrance of the property is the perfect place to enjoy the greenery and shade of its protective trees. A shaded dining area is available with a gas grill available and direct access to the kitchen. The house is made of natural stones and remains cool in summer. However, you will find fans in all rooms if needed. On the ground floor, you have access to a large equipped kitchen, adjoining the dining room. A living room with sofas, fireplace and a smart TV is also available at this level. 4 of our 5 double bedrooms are located upstairs. The last one is located on the ground floor, on the ground floor, including an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a large Italian shower. Ideal for seniors! Upstairs we also provide a large games room of 45 m2 with wood floor in which you will find a large smart TV, sofas, yoga mats and pillows, board games and a multi-game table for teenagers with foosball. The 2 inner courtyards are separated by an interior reading loggia, with blackout blinds with other sofas, another TV and large bay windows that make the room extremely bright if needed. The pool (8m x 4m) located in the backyard is completely private and completely enclosed by walls. There is no vis-a-vis. It is not monitored and protected by an alarm. Sun loungers, garden furniture and umbrellas are also available in this space, as well as a ping pong table (balls and snowshoes included). A separate laundry room with sink + washing machine and laundry dryer of 8/10kg each is also provided in the house.
