With 2 interior courtyards not overlooked! One of the courtyards is the green part of the house, with dining area, garden furniture, and beautiful trees for shade. A large private swimming pool is accessible in the other courtyard with ping-pong, sun loungers and parasols. A games room with large screen TV, bridge table and multi-game table for teens The space Our large house in the heart of the medieval bastide of Vianne of 450 m2 with 2 private and fully enclosed interior courtyards, not overlooked, welcomes you all year round for stays from 2 nights. Located in a quiet little street, a short walk to the central square of the village with all the shops open all year round. This house has 2 interior courtyards not overlooked. The property is a through house and its two ends are located on 2 different streets. The front courtyard, with its small garden at the main entrance of the property, is the perfect place to enjoy the greenery and shade of its protective trees. A shaded dining area is available with a gas barbecue available and direct access to the kitchen. The house is made of natural stone and remains cool in summer. However, you will find fans in all rooms if needed. On the ground floor, you have access to a large equipped kitchen, adjoining the dining room. 1 living room with sofas and TV is also available on this level. 4 of our 5 double bedrooms are located upstairs. The last one is located on the ground floor, including an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a large Italian shower. Perfect for seniors! Upstairs, we also provide a large 45 m2 game room with wooden floor in which you will find a 3rd large smart TV, sofas, yoga mats and cushions, board games and a multi-game table for teens with foosball. The 2 interior courtyards are separated by an interior reading loggia, equipped with blackout blinds with other sofas, another TV and large bay windows that make the room extremely bright if necessary. The swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) located in the backyard is completely private and completely enclosed by walls. There are no neighbors. It is not monitored and protected by a roller shutter. Sun loungers, garden furniture and parasols are also available in this area, as well as a ping pong table (balls and rackets included). A separate laundry room with sink + washing machine and dryer of 8/10 kg each is also available in the house. Long stays are accepted from October to April. A surcharge of €300/month will be requested for heating.
