Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Short 5 min drive to Clifton Hill and Lundy's Lane, parking on site. Close to amazing wineries, 15 mins drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Professionally decorated space with stainless appliances. We have taken extra precautions with the cleaning of surfaces and linens throughout the home. We have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests! Please note. This is a duplex w/private entrance The space Entire main floor and basement for guests to use. Main floor: - 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and office desk. - Modern living room with Smart TV. - Laundry facility. - well appointed washroom - Sauna and hot tub located on the main floor. - Kitchen & dining area with all modern amenities and appliances. Basement: - remodelled washroom - full kitchen with modern amenities and appliances. - lounging area with smart TV. - Pool Table Outdoor: - Expansive front deck with plenty of lounging. Guest access The check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive an email/text with access to the lock box code, wifi and other house details prior to arrival. Guests have access to the entire main floor and basement of the house. Beds are made based on double occupancy (ex. 2 guests, 1 bedroom will be made, unless guests specify) Other things to note Property Manager/host may visit to ensure everything is okay. *** - Base rate is for the first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $50/pp/night. - Parking for max 3 small cars. - No extra overnight or day guests permitted without prior consent of the host. - Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purposes. - Detailed house rules will be sent prior to arrival. - No parties allowed. - Noise by laws in effect after 10 pm. Enforcement includes hefty fines from the City for both guests and host. House rules are strictly enforced to ensure we can continue to offer an exciting accommodation for guests!
