However, street parking may be available nearby, where permitted. Guests needing overnight street parking should check posted signs and register for a temporary parking permit with the City of Mississauga if needed. Whether you are spending time by the lake, exploring Port Credit, or heading into Toronto, this studio offers comfort, convenience, and a location that makes getting around easy. It measures dB volumes and detects cigarette smoke to alert the host of any prohibited activities such as smoking or parties. If the device is disconnected or sends a notification of a violation - the incident will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction from the property by Airbnb. Only guests over 25 years of age would be allowed to book the property. Proof of ID would be requested after reservation was confirmed. Guests are responsible to sorting the garbage correctly, if cleaners will need to re-sort the garbage you will be charged $50-100 excessive cleaning fees. Any significant wall scuffs from luggage or careless usage of the space would be document with photographs and guests charged $200 for re-painting. Misplacement of the keys would result in a $100 fine Our housekeeping is on a schedule and need their full time to to get the home ready for the nest guests. All unauthorized/unpaid early check-in or late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee for every 15 minutes. Cars cannot be parked on the grass. Cars need to be aligned back to back on the paved part of the driveway. This unit is short-term vacation rentals only and under no circumstance may be used as a long-term principal residence falling under landlord tenant board act.
