Private guest suite in South Calgary

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly built guest suite has its own private entrance and everything you need to enjoy peaceful and undisturbed stay. Located in a family-oriented and serene community of Legacy, recently developed with ponds, walking paths, parks, kids playgrounds, picnic and recreation areas, our place is great for family vacation or a work trip. Community has its own shopping plaza with many stores, restaurants, bakeries, and gyms. The space Make yourself at home in this south-facing warm and sunny suite where everything is done for your convenience, enjoyment and satisfaction. House is 9 years old but the suite is fairly new, we built and decorated it with great attention to details trying to create a quiet undisturbed space with lots of privacy and comfort. We installed sound insulation, thick fire resistant doors, separate furnace with its own thermostat, additional under-carpet padding, towel warmer in the bathroom, bright pot lights in the kitchen, huge pantry cabinets, modern LG kitchen and laundry appliances, and other things that can help to make your stay with us enjoyable. We stocked kitchen to the best of our ability - so you can cook healthy meals for you and your family. We purchased cookware and bakeware, all kinds of utensils, spice rack with 16 different spices, strainers and mixing bowls, garlic press and vegetable peelers, shredders and cutting boards, silicone mittens and coasters, plus many other things that are usually required in a good gourmet kitchen. Cleaning supplies, dishwasher capsules and garbage bin are under the kitchen sink. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, shower caps, cotton swabs, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath salts, ionic hair dryer, and first aid kit. We also provide bath robes and slippers for our guests. In the bedroom you will find a queen sized bed with Sealy Posturepedic 13" mattress and soft velvet headboard, down pillows and down duvet, stonewash cotton quilt cover, and high quality cotton linens. Iron and ironing board are in the bedroom closet, as well as extra duvets, blankets, pillows and linens. We place an office desk in the bedroom in case you need a laptop workspace. We made sure wi-fi is strong around the suite. If you have a third person in your party we will make a second twin sized bed in the living room using a 11" thick Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a metal frame. Down pillow, down duvet and linens for the second bed are in the bedroom closet. If you have a young child or infant with you, please give me a notice in advance so I can prepare high chair, pack-and-play, kids plates and utensils, and some books. Guest access This is a private secondary suite and you have entire space to yourself for the duration of your stay. There is a separate entrance on the back of the house, free driveway or street parking and self check-in and check-out with keypad door lock. Other things to note Please note below house rules: - No outdoor shoes in the suite, please take your shoes off and use slippers in the suite - No smoking inside or outside, I have severe allergy to tobacco smoke, neighbour has acute asthma - No vaping inside or outside - No unregistered guests on the property - No parties, loud music, or loud noise on the property, inside or outside - No pets of any kind - No strong smells, odours, fragrances, unusual ethnic spices, diffusers, patchoulis, aroma candles, please do not leave any smell after yourself - No prolonged talking on the phone outside of the suite, please go inside and close windows and doors while talking so neighbours are not disturbed - Quiet time from 9 pm to 8 am, please make sure neighbours are not disturbed with any noise or commotion outside of the suite, no loud sounds inside as well Registration Details BL272340
