Sleeps 8 The space Penrose House is a Georgian property with large, spacious sitting room, snug, dining room, kitchen and lobby. 3 double sized bedrooms are accessed by the main staircase . 1 Super king bed room, 2 bedrooms can be either double or twins. A family bathroom with a powerful shower / large bath . The bedroom suite is accessed from another staircase and has a king sized bed, TV , tea tray and large bathroom with large bath/powerful shower. The kitchen has an island with bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large electric oven and 5 gas hob. Airfryer, microwave, coffee machine and cooking gadgets, pots , pans etc. The dining room is in front of the kitchen with easy access and overlooking the garden. Table that seats 8 . An elegant sitting room has two large sofas and a smaller sofa with an elegant gas fire. There is also a snug with two sofas, TV, Books, record player and games. The front facing garden is small but well stocked with plants and flowers. With a large wooden table and seating for 8 . Barbecue. Hot tub can be requested for £ 200.00 extra per stay. Dogs on request only for a small extra cleaning charge. The house is child friendly. The parking is on the street Penrose Terrace. Please be aware parking in Cornish towns is a challenge but Penrose is quite easy usually. Penzance high street is a stones throw away. As is the station and bus station. The closest beach is long ans sandy Longrock and Marazion . A long 2 mile beach , part of it is dog friendly all year. You can surf and wind and kite surf and hire boards at Longrock and electric bikes. There is a magnificent view of Saint Michaels Mount and mounts bay. 8 miles away is magnificent Sennen beach, possible one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK. St. Ives is a quick , pretty train ride. Minack Theatre is 8 miles dirve or go by bus. Penzance offers loads of bars, cafes, fish, pasties, restaurants, fantastic Pizza places and 4 excellent Indian restaurants. The iconic Jubilee pool is walking distance, the largest Lido in Europe. Penzance is ideal as a Cornwall holiday destination. Penrose house offers superb accommodation to enjoy your holiday in.
