Other things to note **Important Information** There are currently two development projects underway within Godrevy Gardens, on the land opposite the entrance to the building. As a result, views from properties on Godrevy Terrace may be partially restricted, particularly some of the town rooftops and harbour. At times, building activity may also be visible and audible. The works are taking place to the front of the building and are therefore visible from the living and kitchen areas. Please be assured that the rates for Four Seawinds have been set with these works in mind, reflecting any potential disturbance.
