It has 4 floors including the basement which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic is also a large room which is currently configured to have 3 single beds. The ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/living room. It features a 3-person sofa, a large dining table and a breakfast bar. Parking is available in front of the property on the street. There are no parking restrictions and it is free to park. It isn't a busy street for parking and there is often space to park either right in front of the house or just along the street. The surrounding streets are also free on-street parking if you have more than one vehicle. Guest access You will have access to the full property. Refundable Damage Deposit This property requires a £200 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
