The space External Description Villa Burga is a splendid late-19th century villa immersed in the Umbrian countryside, on the border with Tuscany, and near Città di Castello. Located in a panoramic position on the hills, the property overlooks the Upper Tiber Valley offering breathtaking views of the entire valley, from Città di Castello to Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, from Anghiari to Citerna up to Monterchi. The villa is located within a vast park (approximately 8,000 m2) which includes a pine forest, a dining area with barbecue capable of accommodating all guests, a small lake with aquatic flowers, and a large private parking for 30 cars. Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a bowling green, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch, as well as a playground area with swings and slides. The spacious panoramic terrace hosts a lounge area with gazebo and sofas, ideal to relax while admiring the wonderful Umbrian and Tuscan landscape. Main building: The villa is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 20 people. The entrance on the ground floor houses an old wood-burning oven (still working) and a large living area, created from the old stables, with two brick arches, fireplace, sofa, and several dining tables. Following is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with: dining table, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Also on this floor there is a reception, a bar and two toilets (one of which is suitable for disabled people). The first floor includes 5 spacious quadruple bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathroom with shower and tv.
