Welcome to our home in the heart of downtown Burlington! It's the perfect spot for a family looking for a home-away-from-home with a ton to see and do (and eat!) within walking distance. Cook your favourite meal in our fully-stocked kitchen or relax in our comfortable living room in front of the 65" Smart TV. This home also has a king bed and 2 queens. A 3-minute walk to Spencer Smith Park and the beautiful lakefront and steps to a ton of restaurants and shops. We think you'll love it here :) The space What You’ll Love - Self check-in using a smart lock - 1 GBPS ultra-high-speed internet - 2 work stations with comfortable chairs - A formal dining area to seat 6 people - Spacious living room with lots of natural light - 65 inch smart TV - Fully-equipped kitchen, including kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils) - Spacious bedrooms (including one king bed) - Ensuite washer and dryer - Bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer) - Parking for 1 car (*additional parking available) *Additional parking: - There are a limited number of visitor parking spots available in our townhouse complex with a 3-hour limit. - There is paid parking available Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm in various parking lots and on the street adjacent to our home. - Overnight parking lot and street parking is free Monday through Friday from 6pm - 9am and all-day Saturday and Sunday with no time limits. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, including the rooftop patio. Other things to note We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly. This is the unit in a townhouse complex, with a unit on either side of us so there is some potential for noise to travel through the walls from adjacent units. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking.
