The space As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. Jasper's is in a great location for those of you intending to visit tourist attraction Alton Towers, just 11 miles away. The Alton Towers staff pick up point is a few minutes walk from the property also. Trentham Estates and Monkey Forest are within easy reach of this Stoke-on-Trent property providing something for all members of the party to enjoy. ***Please note, this is an old property and the stairs are steep*** Guest access on street parking outside the property. We will forward the check in details once our identification documentation has been completed. Access is via a key safe box. Other things to note RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to provide their credit card details. We will capture your details and freeze £250 2 days prior to arrival, this will be release a few days after your departure providing no intentional damage has been caused. Once the guest has agreed and repsonded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and payed the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed** No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted. Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off. Strictly no smoking Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property. Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
