The living room with open kitchen allows you to prepare meals in full autonomy. The presence of the balcony with a splendid view of a private garden is ideal for enjoying relaxation away from the chaos and traffic despite being in the city center. The apartment has air conditioning in the main rooms. Free WiFi throughout the house. It is located on the second floor of a building (no elevator, only a flight of stairs) in a quiet area. The house is located in a residential neighborhood with all the amenities within walking distance: large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bar... Private parking is NOT available. Other things to note Being a private house and managed by the owner, we ask for respect for the environment, taking care not to damage it. The use of the second room is ONLY for reservations of 3/4 people. For couples who wish to use the second room, there is an extra cost of €10 per day to be paid at check-in in cash. Ask BEFORE arrival for the possibility of having it. We have the possibility to provide a crib for children up to about 2 years old to be placed in the room at an extra cost of €20 total to be paid at check-in in cash.
