Recently renovated cottage in the village of Rocester on the Staffs/Derbys border. Just 10 minutes from Alton Towers and 5 minutes from JCB Headquarters with its fantastic lakeside walks. An ideal base for discovering the Peak District and its hiking & cycling trails as well as the town of Ashbourne, Dove Dale and National Trust attractions such as Sudbury Hall and Chatsworth House. The cottage is just an 8 minute drive to the market town of Uttoxeter with its prestigious Racecourse. The space The cottage has been recently completely and renovated to a very high standard, it has been furnished with a modern touch but with comfort in mind and is now available. The lounge has ample seating for six guests, a 55" smart TV which is Netflix- compatible and a good selection of games and books. The new fully fitted kitchen has appliances inc washer/dryer, American fridge, dishwasher, integrated oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and air fryer. There is also a range of pans, crockery and utensils for you to use during your stay. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people, 2 benches seating 4 and 2 chairs. Upstairs - the family bathroom has a bath with a drench shower over and a basin/WC vanity unit. The bedrooms have been planned to ensure our guests have a comfortable and restful nights sleep. Bed 1 - has a king size divan bed with upholstered headboard, deep sprung mattress, luxurious bed linen, full length black out curtains, wardrobes, bedside USB points and smart TV. (served by the family bathroom). Bed 2 - has two single beds with deep sprung mattresses, luxurious bed linen, upholstered headboards and full length black out curtains. The beds can be joined to make a super king-size bed if required. There is an open wardrobe, inc drawers, bedside USB points and smart TV. (served by the family bathroom) Bed 3 - has two twins beds with sprung mattresses, luxurious bed linen, black out blinds bedside USB points, .drawers and hanging rail for clothing.
