BALCONY 2: - Accessible from the bedroom, this balcony also features thick double-glazed glass for superior insulation and soundproofing. BATHROOM 1: - Located off the corridor with a shower. BEDROOM 2 / ENSUITE: - Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a window. All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort.
