Other things to note Late Check-Out or Early Check-In Requests Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, we are not always able to grant them. Due to the check-in / check-out of another guest and housekeeping service - sanitation between guests we may not be able to honor your request. In the event we cannot accommodate your request, we can hold your luggage at our office until your unit is ready for you to check in or upon departure until closer to your departure or flight time. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge at 24 hours in advance. PLEASE NOTE: if you require a CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT time outside our regular check in / check out times and schedule, there will be an additional charge of $40 USD (700 Pesos) (tax included) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. This applies to all check-outs earlier than 7:59 am or check-ins later than 8:01 pm. To avoid these fee's, when booking your flight or when considering flight times, please keep this in mind. REMEMBER THAT PUERTO VALLARTA IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL TIME ZONE (SAME AS MEXICO CITY, GMT-6) Guest Restrictions at Check-in The number of persons stipulated on the guest's Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge will be applied depending on the condo and/or building rules and regulations.
