The pebbled patio and sloped garden are lovely additional spaces to take in the sunshine. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage is perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends looking to relax with a quintessential Cotswold escape. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic) Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars in a layby 1 travel cot is available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) Sorry, no pets Free WiFi Mobile phone reception varies, so WiFi calling is best Smart TV with various apps (guests to use their own login details) Enclosed garden Combi boiler central heating system Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove and open fire Please be aware that although the garden is enclosed, there is a high wall with a sizeable drop directly onto the patio, so it is advisable to supervise children in this area Due to the age of the property, the floor can be uneven in places The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note... Events are not permitted without prior consent A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00 Woodman Cottage is located in a private village where the majority of the houses have long term residents, so we politely request that guests are considerate of this Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
