Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. Tucked away in the beautiful village of Middlesmoor, Nidderdale, experience stunning views down the dale to Gouthwaite Reservoir. Situated just over 5 miles from Pateley Bridge this location is an ideal base for walkers & visitors to North Yorkshire & the Dales. There are numerous walks including the Nidderdale Way on your doorstep. Other places to visit include Fountains Abbey (12miles), Bolton Abbey (13miles) and Harrogate (21miles) The space This small cosy studio flat comprises a bedroom with king size bed, toilet, separate shower, utility room space and small kitchenette.There is a small seating area and table within the bedroom area. The house, which the flat sits below was built in the 1850’s and has characteristic stone walls and floors and beware as there are low ceilings beams and entrance archway. There are 2 access doors one into the village and another out to stunning views over the dale. In the kitchenette is a fridge, with small freezer compartment, microwave and small induction hob. There is a selection of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses along with saucepan, frying pan and other kitchen utensils. Just a 100 yard walk away is The Crown Hotel pub that is open 7 days a week, serving food at lunch and in the evenings from 5-7pm except Sundays and Mondays. There are other pubs and cafes within walking distance down from the village into the dale. Middlesmoor sits at the head of Nidderdale and there are stunning views down the dale from just outside the property. The Nidderdale walking trail is also easily accessible. Just to the side of the property is St Chad’s Church with its bell tower. Guest access This studio flat is separated by a secure stairway from the main house.
