Small but spacious attic with loft in the historic center of Alzano Lombardo, overlooking the Morlana canal and the surrounding hills. 13 km from Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) and 10 km from the center of Bergamo, also connected by public transport, with free public parking nearby. Bright, functional and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay in a characteristic setting. Ideal for couples, not suitable for small children or people with mobility difficulties. The space The double bed is located in the loft area of the apartment. If you want to use the sofa as a bed, please let us know at least one day before your arrival. Guest access We are unable to offer self check-in, so we must meet in person to hand over the keys, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The apartment is on the top floor of the building: there are about 60 steps to climb and the building does not have an elevator. Other things to note NB. There are renovations underway on the roof and stairs of the building. Scaffolding has been erected on one side of the building and the two windows on this side are closed. Due to the renovation, you may hear noises during working hours, even if the attic roof is not involved in the renovation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For reasons of hygiene, the use of outdoor shoes is not allowed inside the apartment. There are disposable slippers available for guests.
