Alum Chine beach is within walking distance and is hugely popular with families due to a pirate-themed large adventure playground, toilets with baby changing facilities, RNLI lifeguard stations, pubs and ice cream kiosks. From Alum Chine beach you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands which takes you to Westbourne Village. A short drive from the property brings you to Bournemouth centre itself which offers high street shops, theatres, an Odeon cinema and restaurant complex called BH2, restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. The walk along the promenade underneath the cliffs or along the beach to Bournemouth Pier is always a popular choice. An alternative walk is along the clifftop taking in the magnificent vista across Poole Bay.
