New Apartment in Stockton, sleeps 4, Free WIFI

A 1-bedroom apartment centrally located in the small but lovely village of Stockton. Ideal for business travelers, contractors, holidaymakers or visiting friends & family. Sleeps up to 4 guests with one king-size bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on HS2. The space Stockton Apartment 1 has its own private entrance and parking on site. There is a flight of stairs from the joint access door, shared with 1 other apartment up to your own locked apartment door. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and comes with a smart TV and FREE high speed WiFi. There is a sofa bed in the living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. Use of sofa bed can be requested with a £10 linen charge (invoiced separately). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided along with salt, pepper, vinegar and cooking oil. There are wardrobe and drawers to store clothing, along with a hairdryer. Guest access Plenty of unrestricted parking available outside the apartment. There are 3 7Kw electric vehicle chargers on-site, paid for via an app through Project EV, details for access to the chargers is signposted next to them. Access is via a lock box for self check-in. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We accept bookings only from lead guests who are at least 21 years old.. Other things to note The apartments are located at the rear of the Crown Inn and Josie’s Place café.
