The apt is located in the historic center (ZTL) but at the same time in a quiet area, just 200 meters from the first free beach and a few steps from all points of interest. A stone's throw from the small church of San Giovanni, a wine bar and a tavern, it is the perfect location to fully experience the spirit of Monopoli. The space The 60 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building without a lift: there are 4 steps at the entrance + the need to climb a flight of 10 steps to access the accommodation. The internal space is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave; - Living room with double sofa bed, split A/C and TV - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 2 small balconies. ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic zone so the accommodation can only be reached by car during certain hours of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached using the 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or using the bus that leaves from the station to the centre.
