Guests can easily access the fells, partake in horseback riding, or engage in water sports at nearby sailing clubs, all just a few minutes' drive from the cosy lodge. Guest access The lodge, accessed via 37 shallow steps, offers sweeping views over the park to the distant mountains. It remains warm and inviting with electric heating and a wood-burning stove. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area features comfortable seating around the stove and a Smart TV. Kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Master double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room Double bedroom. Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with a shower over the bath. All electric, bed linen, towels and an initial supply of logs are provided. Private parking for 2 cars. Cot and a highchair are available. The lodge's spacious garden, set into the hillside, provides a peaceful spot for a picnic or enjoying a glass of wine while observing the neighbouring sheep. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This cottage has parking for 2 cars or 1 small van only, there is no additional parking on the site. Guests with additional vehicles will be asked to remove them from the site.
