Welcome to Costa INN Beach House, a charming villa that offers a unique and comfortable experience to all who visit. The house is located in the center of Costa de Caparica, approximately 20 minutes away from Lisbon, where you will find many stores, supermarkets, pastry stores and restaurants. The best surfing beaches are just a 300m walk away. For those with a car, parking is free during the low season (Nov-Mar) and paid during the high season (Apr-Sep). The space When you enter the house, you will be greeted by a decor that mixes rustic and modern elements, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The bedrooms are comfortable, well equipped and filled with beautiful natural light, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom includes three single beds. One of these is a trundle-style bed that slides out from underneath another, offering a practical and cozy setup for families or groups. The kitchen, with its modern, top-of-the-range equipment, invites you to prepare delicious meals. To complete the experience, the pool area is a real oasis that allows you to cool off on hot days and enjoy the sun in a peaceful and private setting, to the sound of birds! Please check in advance. - Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day. - Children of any age are welcome. Linen for crib has an additional cost of 35€ per stay. - Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory. - Remember that this is a ground floor house, close to the beach, with a patio and garden, so there may be insects and and similar, especially in the warmer seasons. Keep the areas clean during your stay. - The pool is illuminated at night. The deepest part is 1.20m. - Please note that Homeful cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind. If a return is requested, an additional fee may apply. For hygiene and safety reasons, our cleaning team removes all food, beverages, and spices after check-out, and these items cannot be returned.
