Apartment in Sudbury

Welcome to our cozy home on Whittaker Street, in a quiet central neighbourhood in the West End. We live upstairs with our old lab Jake, and our senior cat Carl. The nature themed one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with it's own patio entrance (there are 5 steps to go down once you enter). Close to all amenities. Minutes from Caruso Club, Health Sciences North, Northern Ontario School of Medicine, Cancer Treatment Centre, Laurentian University, and Laurentian Conservation Area. The space Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with bright, open concept design. Fully furnished with modern, well stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the West End, close to all amenities. Relax on the small patio in the backyard, offers some good bird watching opportunities! Street parking is available and free. Guest access The entire lower level is for your exclusive use and includes access to laundry facilities (in the unfinished furnace room). You are welcome to use the cleaning supplies in the furnace room if there are any spills or accidents. Access is through the backyard (please close the gate) and there is a keypad lock on the patio door entrance for self check-in. Other things to note We have a dog and cat upstairs, they do not go into the lower unit but if you have allergies, this may be a concern. We are close by and available 24/7 to ensure you have a lovely stay. There is definitely noise that can be heard from upstairs (footsteps, dogs occasionally barking and our cat sometimes yells in the night time). We try to keep things quiet but the spaces are right on top of each other:) The furnace room is also located beside the bedroom and creates noise as well.
