We live upstairs with our senior italian greyhound Enzo, a senior cat Carl and a young cat named Almond. The nature themed one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level, with it's own patio entrance (there are 5 steps to go down once you enter). Close to all amenities. Minutes from Health Sciences North, Northern Ontario School of Medicine, Cancer Treatment Centre, Laurentian University, Bell Park, and Laurentian Conservation Area. The space Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with bright, open concept design. Fully furnished with modern, well stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the West End, close to all amenities. Relax on the small patio in the backyard, offers some good bird watching opportunities! Parking Street parking is available 24/7 and free. If you require other parking arrangements, please reach out. Guest access The entire lower level is for your exclusive use and includes access to laundry facilities (in the unfinished furnace room). Main access is through the backyard (please close the gate) and there is a keypad lock on the patio door entrance for self check-in. Other things to note We have a dog and 2 cat upstairs, they do not go into the lower unit but if you have allergies, this may be a concern. We are close by and available 24/7 to ensure you have a lovely stay. Accessibility notes: The backyard has an uneven walkway. There are 2 steps down to the patio, and another 5 steps to enter the living room. Between the living room and kitchen there are another 2 steps.
