Easy access to the A1 at Scotch corner with a M&S and lots of local villages, nearly all sporting fabulous pub The space The property is accessed by an enclosed south facing walled paved garden, with seating Entering into a large hall with entertainments unit and a work station. This has stairs to the first floor bedrooms and access to both the lounge, with wood burning stove, and dining kitchen .The dining kitchen has access via a stable door to the enclosed and private courtyard with bbq and outdoor dining. It also has a large American fridge freezer dispensing constant ice and chilled water and a smeg range cooker with gas burners and 2 electric ovens and a grill.
