After climbing the stairs from the garden and opening the entrance door, we find the living-dining room, with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a dining table with 6 chairs and the door that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic stove and 2 refrigerators. Next to the dining area is a full bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with a double bed (150X190), a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds in total) and another bedroom with bunk beds (two beds). On the first floor there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. And another flight of stairs leads to the second floor where there are two other bedrooms with a double bed (one 135X190 and the other 150X190). Mareny Blau beach has fine sand, very pleasant to walk on and perfect for sports such as beach volleyball, soccer, jogging in the sand... and it also has a promenade. This beach is also widely used by kitesurfers and fishing enthusiasts. Many families from Valencia spend their summers in Mareny Blau: it is a safe (gated community), quiet and family-friendly environment. Very nice to spend a few summer days. The rest of the year it is a quiet development. There is a bar-restaurant open all year round, a grocery store and other restaurants that open only in summer. Very close (4 minutes by car) are Mareny de Barraquetes and Mareny de San Lorenzo where there are more shops and restaurants.
