With three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, one bathroom, and beautiful outdoor space with furniture for relaxing and dining, you can escape to Colcott Cottage and enjoy a self-catering stay. The space Colcott Cottage has been furnished and equipped to a very good standard offering ideal accommodation for small groups or families. This two-story home features a living room and spacious kitchen diner, both with direct access to the private garden, plus three bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is a comfortable space featuring two large sofas, a log burning fire and a flat screen Smart TV. This is the ideal space for relaxing evenings with your loved ones. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. The dining table with benched seating creates a lovely space for social cooking. Leading on from the kitchen is the bathroom which offers a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and wash basin, along with underfloor heating. Colcott Cottage features three comfortable bedrooms – one double, one king and one twin. With sumptuous bedding and luxury linens you are guaranteed a peaceful night sleep in these comfy beds. Please note that there are steep stairs leading up to the third bedroom. The private garden that forms the outdoor space is ideal for relaxing and dining al-fresco. With comfortable outdoor sofas and sun loungers at the bottom end of the garden, and a dining set on the pebbled patio area, Colcott Cottage offers the perfect spot for enjoying those long summer evenings in beautiful surroundings. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Colcott Cottage are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in. Free on-street parking is available around Fylingthorpe on a first come, first served basis. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Colcott Cottage per reservation.
